CELEBRATE SUSTAINABILITY WITH SLOW FOOD AND VCU at the VCU RICE RIVERS CENTER With fishing, just as with agriculture, Slow Food strongly believes that every individual can contribute to changing the mechanisms of a globalized industrial food system. In this spirit, the international Slow Fish movement promotes artisanal fishing and neglected fish species and inspires reflection on the state and management of our world's waterways. Slow Food RVA's Graze @ Rice Rivers Center combines educational programming and delicious regional seafood and refreshments to bring attention to one of our most important natural resources. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the VCU Rice Rivers Center. Visit VCU's RICE RIVERS CENTER, a LEED PLATINUM FACILITY Food & Drink - additional chefs and dishes coming soon
