Come out and have a delicious local microbrewed beer (or two) and support a great cause in the process! Nurture RVA is the beneficiary of September's "Cheers for Charity" event at Strangeways, and will receive a portion of the proceeds from the evening. These proceeds will go to support our donation-based prenatal and mom-and-baby yoga classes, as we bring this evidence based fitness model to moms who otherwise may not be able to afford it. And to make it even better, the amazing Amy Henderson will be entertaining us with her musical talent! Great beer, great music, great cause, and a chance to win a $350 raffle basket provided by Strangeways. Hope to see you there!
